Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of The Divergent Sidekick and the ADHD Poker website and apps at adhdpoker.ai (the “Service”), operated by OperAItional Edge LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Divergent Sidekick is a poker training and self-study tool. It teaches preflop decision-making through drills and a lookup coach. It is an educational product, not a gambling service. No real money is wagered, won, or lost inside the Service, and we do not operate any game of chance.

2. Training only — not real-time assistance

The Service is designed to train your judgment away from the table. It does not connect to any live poker game, read your screen, or provide real-time assistance (“RTA”) during play. Using real-time assistance during online money play violates the rules of essentially every poker site and can get your account banned and your funds confiscated. You are solely responsible for how you play. We make no guarantee of any poker result, profit, or outcome.

3. Eligibility — you must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service discusses poker strategy and is intended for adults.

4. Accounts and sign-in

Access to paid features uses passwordless sign-in: we email a one-time link to the address you provide. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure. One subscription is for one person; do not share your access link.

5. Free and paid features

• The Trainer (the drills) is free to use.
• “Ask the Sidekick” (the lookup coach) is a paid monthly subscription. Pricing is shown at sign-up: standard $24.99/month; the first 100 paying subscribers pay $19.99/month, and that founder rate is locked for the life of a continuously active subscription (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if it lapses).
• Features described as “in build” or “coming” are not guaranteed and may change.

6. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe) until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices may change for future billing periods with notice; your founder rate is honored per the pricing terms above. Taxes may apply.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details, including how access winds down after you cancel.

8. Acceptable use

Do not: reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to use it as real-time assistance during live play; or interfere with its operation or security.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and its underlying strategy data are owned by OperAItional Edge LLC or its licensors. The training ranges are our own work, influenced by some of the techniques within Modern Poker Theory (MPT) and rebuilt for our audience. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service; you do not acquire ownership of anything.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Poker strategy is probabilistic; we do not warrant any financial result. Some content (including newly added preflop ranges) may be labeled as an approximation or in-progress.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OperAItional Edge LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any gambling losses you incur in your own play. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
