Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops all future charges. You do not need to contact us to cancel.

2. What happens to access after you cancel

When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Because entitlement is verified with a token that works offline, paid access may continue for a short grace window (up to ~21 days) after your paid period ends while that token expires. After it expires, the paid “Ask the Sidekick” coach turns off. The free Trainer drills always remain free.

3. Refunds

• First charge: if the Service is not for you, email rick@operaitionaledge.com within 7 days of your first subscription charge and we will refund it.
• After that: subscription charges are non-refundable, including for partial months — but you can cancel anytime to prevent the next charge (see section 1).
• Exceptional cases: if you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact us and we will make it right.

4. The founder rate

The first 100 paying subscribers get $19.99/month locked for the life of a continuously active subscription. If your subscription lapses (cancellation or failed payment) and you later resubscribe, we honor the founder rate on return where we reasonably can, but a long lapse may mean the founder program has closed. Cancel-and-keep-your-rate is not guaranteed across a lapse — keep the subscription active to keep the lock certain.

5. Price changes

We may change standard pricing for future billing periods with notice. Your locked founder rate is honored per section 4 while your subscription stays active.
